How does the printing work?
UV printing is a type of digital printing that uses ultra-violet lights to dry or cure inks as they are printed. Unlike traditional printing methods, UV printing is a direct method that prints directly on the product. This makes UV printing a fast and flexible technique that can be used to print a variety of designs and colors in one batch. The UV printer works by sliding the print head directly over the product and printing the design in high resolution. The UV lamps next to the print head then dry the ink, making the design permanent. To ensure the best quality, only high-end Roland LEF-200 printers are used. These printers are equipped with CMYK and white inks, which allow for a wider range of colors and more vibrant designs.
