How does the printing work?
This printing method is used to print on iPhone cases with a strap. The print head slides over the case and prints the designs in high resolution. The UV-lamps next to the print head dry the inks immediately. To ensure the best quality, we only use the high end Roland LEF-200 print system. These are the best UV-printers available at the moment. Our systems are equipped with CMYK and white inks. The white ink is used as a base layer. Underneath every colored pixel, we print a white pixel helping your colours come to life and ensuring powerful contrast between your design and the case itself. This method is fast and flexible, allowing us to print up to 12 different models and designs in one batch!
