How does the printing work?
Bumper cases are printed using a UV printer, which is a fast and flexible technique that prints directly onto the product. Unlike transfer printing, UV printing does not require a separate printing plate, making it easier to print multiple models and designs in one batch. The print head slides over the case and prints the designs in high resolution, while UV lamps next to the print head dry the inks. To ensure the best quality, only high-end Roland LEF-200 printers are used. These printers are equipped with CMYK and white inks, which create powerful realistic photos.
